After months of waiting for a local roofer to come and investigate a roof issue I finally gave up and contacted Holmlea Roofing - the best thing I ever did!! Jack promptly arrived the next day, identified what was causing the leak and provided a written quote, carefully explaining what was required. He arranged to make the repair, liaising with my tenant. In the event, once tiles were removed, we found that new felt and battens were required for the whole roof Jack showed me drone photos so that I could understand the extent of damage and gave me repair options either using existing tiles, less expensive, or new roof tiles. The communication was excellent and Jack was very professional and the job was well priced. Everything was clearly explained and site left tidy at the end of the job. We were very pleased with the whole process and would definitely recommend Holmlea and use them again Great job Jack and team - thank you!!

I found this company on Facebook and made the appointment really easily and quickly. No messing around. I had quick and informative communication and Jack arrived, as promised. I showed him where my leak was and he then sent a drone up to check out my roof. He found the problem quickly which we couldn’t see from the ground and showed me. He fixed it there and then! All I needed was a tile adjustment. No big job or fee at all. Wow. How impressed was I? You dread companies will dupe you into a large unnecessary job with a big bill as you’re at their mercy. But Jack was so kind and courteous. Thank you so much for your help. Crossed fingers all is sorted and I will definitely use this company, and hopefully Jack personally, again.

Jack and he's team done a superb job on my roof, he stuck to he's original price with no hidden fees jack and he's team turned up on time everyday, and job was completed in the time frame jack gave to me, Jack took me through the quote and broke it down well so i knew exactly were my money was going, I am pleased with the end result would recommend to friends and family and would use again if needed in the future

They were responsive and pleasant and set a quick appointment for an inspection. After I decided to go with them they scheduled the job quickly and came when they said and did a good and thorough job. I am very satisfied with their service, the work, and the overall experience.
